Trainer and Assessor – Hospitality

About the Role:
As a Hospitality trainer, you’ll be responsible for empowering learners with the skills and confidence to thrive in the face-paced world of hospitality. You’ll develop and deliver engaging training sessions that is based on the real-life experience into the classroom.
You’ll provide practical guidance and encouragement whilst creating a fun and hands-on learning environment.
About You:
The Centre is looking for a dedicated and self-motivated trainer who has experience in the food and beverage industry. Our trainers are passionate about building skills and knowledge of our learners by creating meaningful opportunities for people to upskill, improve or change their current employment/education opportunities.
Qualifications and Licences:
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, Diploma or higher-level qualification in Adult Education or Secondary Education.
- Qualifications at or above the level of the course being delivered
- Current employee Victorian Working with Children Check Card (WWCC)
- Satisfactory National Police Records Check

- A document that addresses the following key selection criteria:
- Demonstrated experience delivering vocational programs to learners, using appropriate methods and meeting compliance requirements for recording and reporting assessment outcomes.
- Ability to work confidently and conscientiously while unsupervised, off-site and in different delivery areas to provide high-quality education and training programs to learners.
- Experience in developing and accessing activities that incorporate techniques to engage learners who may be disengaged to achieve positive outcomes.
