Description

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Community Services Trainer to deliver and assess accredited programs across a range of qualifications. The role requires strong vocational training experience, current industry knowledge, and the ability to create engaging, compliant, and inclusive learning experiences. The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality outcomes for learners. They will also contribute to resource development, validation, and continuous improvement activities within the Training Services team.

Requirements

The position requires a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116 or equivalent) and a qualification at Diploma level or above in Community Services or a related field. The candidate must have recent and relevant industry experience, strong training and assessment capability, and a sound understanding of compliance and reporting requirements. Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to engage and support diverse learners are essential. Experience delivering accredited training and knowledge of the Skills First contract and ASQA standards will be highly regarded.
