 Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver tailored learning experiences that meet individual student needs.
• Collaborate with wellbeing staff, families, and external agencies.
• Monitor and report on student progress and engagement.
• Contribute to a team culture focused on inclusion, growth, and empowerment.

Essential Criteria:

• Current VIT teaching registration.
• Demonstrated ability to engage students with complex needs.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
