Our Opportunity

Cire Services seeks to appoint a passionate and supportive Learning Assistant to join our dedicated team at our Lilydale Community School. This part-time role is instrumental in fostering inclusive and engaging learning environments and will suit someone who enjoys working closely with learners from diverse backgrounds and who thrives in a collaborative, community-focused setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support educators in the delivery of tailored learning programs
  • Assist students with classroom activities, promoting engagement and participation
  • Help prepare learning materials and maintain a safe, respectful learning space
  • Provide individualised support to students with varying needs
  • Contribute to the wellbeing and development of students in alignment with Cire’s values
