It operates a unique blend of community-building programs, learner engagement support and education programs for people with low educational attainment and multiple challenges through to people seeking entry into the workforce.

About You
We’re looking for a dynamic and compassionate Trainer and Assessor to join our team and help empower individuals with life-saving First Aid skills.
You’ll be part of a team that takes pride in supporting personal growth and community wellbeing. Our Trainers don’t just teach, they inspire, encourage, and help create opportunities that ripple far beyond the classroom.

Qualifications and Licences
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, Diploma or higher-level qualification in Adult Education or Secondary Education.
- Qualifications at or above the level of the course being delivered
- Current employee Victorian Working with Children Check Card (WWCC)
- Satisfactory National Police Records Check

- A document that addresses the following key selection criteria:
- Demonstrated experience delivering First Aid or equivalent programs to learners, using appropriate methods and meeting compliance requirements for recording and reporting assessment outcomes.
- Demonstrated currency in working in a First Aid environment to support delivering current and relevant updated content to learners.
- Experience in developing and accessing activities that incorporate techniques to engage learners who may be disengaged to achieve positive outcomes.
